Documentation and Treatment Planning: Most audits fail because of improper documentation and ineffective treatment planning. Learn to document based on your state's guidelines.
Trauma Recovery and Empowerment (TREM): Awareness model that helps all practitioners from paraprofessional to licensed to understand how trauma affects addiction. Addresses issues of physical, sexual, and/or emotional abuse in a population of overwhelmed and vulnerable women who have histories of trauma and do not view abuse as their primary problem.
Trauma 101: Awareness model enhancing your knowledge of trauma; a basic framework for understanding and responding to trauma survivors. Create intervention and treatment plans around this new understanding.
Assessments- The Clinical Interview: This training is designed to strengthen the assessor's skills to avoid fill-in-the-blank behavioral health assessments. Assessments drive the treatment process from treatment plans to progress notes.
Strength-Based Family Intervention: Using an individual's strengths rather than diagnosis or problem-driven issues to develop interventions and/or treatment plans throughout the clinical relationship. Non-invasive and skills / strength-oriented.
Promoting Awareness of Motivational Incentives (PAMI): Shows treatment and prevention providers how to incorporate incentives and motivation to increase attendance, improve retention, and provide positive treatment outcomes. NIDA / SAMHSA approved.
